About the authors:
Nitin Jugran Bahuguna:
She is the author of Comet in the Village and has about thirty years of work experience in the field of communications, having worked for over sixteen years with the United News of India (UNI), which is one of the national news agencies of India. She has investigated and written extensively on issues pertaining to gender and development, health, child labour, environment, impact of development programmes on human settlements, gender bias in the workplace and job strategies for working women. She has also worked as a media consultant with several UN organizations on human development issues.
Air Commodore Nitin Sathe:
He is the author of Tsunami 2004: the IAF Story: a Few Good Men & the Angry Sea and Born to Fly.Commissioned into the Indian Air Force in December 1984, Air Commodore Nitin Sathe has 30 years of distinguished service as a helicopter pilot. Part of numerous operations in India and abroad, he currently heads a premier Services Selection Board for the IAF.
Aditi Mathur Kumar:
She is the author of two hilarious (at least according to her) books, a Travel Writer, a Romance and Humour book-hoarder, a Blogger, a Traveller, a Digital Marketing girl, a fanatical Army Wife, a Mother, an Overshare-r and an eavesdropper at random cafes. You have been warned. ;)
She is the author of The Harbinger:Patchwork .She was educated at the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, in the discipline of Foreign Languages and later qualified with masters in History. She has been an educator for over 33 years with a stint as Principal of an Institution in the South. Apart from academics she has dabbled some on stage and is a voracious reader and movie buff. She lives in a little village of Dehradun, India, and leaves it sometimes to be with her two grown up sons and daughter-in-law. Writing is a passion she hopes will remain kindled. She is currently visiting faculty for French and History.
